New anywhere account
Anywhere is a web-based file storage and sharing system. With anywhere you store your files in a private anywhere account. From your account you can upload and download any type of file. You can give friends, family and colleagues access to your files with simple access lists and anywhere links. Using anywhere is easy. A free 15 day trial account gives you 50 megs with only an email address. To get started follow the following steps. Step 1 - Sign UpFirst, sign up for your free account. It's quick and easy to get you only need an email address. Fill out the following form and your initial login information will be emailed to you. The email message will provide you with a link to allow you to change your initial password. Step 2 - Log in and change your passwordAfter you receive you login information by email login to your account to change your password to something more personal. Step 3 - Download anywhere applicationsThe simplist and fastest way to get going with your anywhere account is by usng our new application, anywhere explorer. The anywhere explorer installs easily after a short download. It doesn't install any spy-ware or ad-ware on your system and simply lets you manage your anywhere account and your files. Click here to download anywhere explorer for Windows After installing anywhere explorer you can upload files to your account, create folders and share those files and folders with friends and family. Uploading is as simple as dragging and dropping files onto the anywhere explorer window. Later, double-click on a folder or file to retrieve your stored information. In addition to anywhere explorer you may access your account through a web browser, directly from microsoft office applications and through our other windows application, anywhere client for Windows.
Step 4 - Upgrade for more spaceFor a low monthly Cost you can increase your anywhere account allocation. We currently offer accounnt upgrades with 5 gigs, 10 gigs and 20 gigs of space. To upgrade visit our upgrade page. DefinitionsAnywhere Id The anywhere account id is your personal id for the anywhere system. During signup you are asked to enter a unique id. please choose anything your wish that is easy to remember. When sharing with others your anywhere account id is used to identify you. Anywhere Link An anywhere link is a url you can share with others that gives them access to your file or folder. anywhere links are created from an anywhere application when you request it. From anywhere explorer right click on a file or folder and select copy link. The anywhere link for that file or folder will be placed in the clipboard for you to paste into and email or other document. Referral Program Anywhere Enterprises offers a simple referral program for anywhere account holders. You can earn free additional 50 meg blocks of additional space for your account for every 10 people who signup and enter your anywhere account id as a referral id. Referral Link A referral link is a customized link to this page with your anywhere account id prepopulated in the referral box. Referral Credit Each time someone signs up with your account id entered as a referral increases your referral credit by one. for every 10 credits you get a free additional 50 megs added to your anywhere account allocation. you can see your referrals credits by logging into your account.
